The complete casting production base
Covering an area of 330,000m2, among which the main factory building covers 23,800m2, molding area covers 9,600m2, this company has a total asset of 200 million. The company has two sets of 60 tons basic electric arc furnace, and four large natural gas heat treatment furnaces, takes water glass sand molding process. Auxiliary facilities include oxygen station, compressor station, gas station, CO2 stations, etc. 22 sets lifting equipment of 10 tons, 32 tons, 75 tons, 100 tons, 125 tons, whose capacity is up to 150 tons, 5 sets large sand equipment, 2 sets batch bun toaster, and 8 steel ladle of 5 tons, 50 tons, 75 tons.  

Meanwhile, the company also introduced from Germany OBLF company the GS1000 vacuum direct reading spectrometer, high-speed carbon and sulfur analyzer, the three elements of the high-speed computer analyzer, digital ultrasonic flaw detector, multi-purpose magnetic detectors and other physical and chemical testing facilities, leveraged universal strength testing machine, hammer system prototype and other tensile testing equipment. Using CAE software for digital simulation in the casting process, improves the casting technique to a new level. Finished castings uses arc gouging, CO2 gas shielded arc welding, blasting and other technology, which ensures the appearance quality of steel castings and forms a complete system of casting production base.
